Book Box - A potential great idea?

I do a lot of book swaps on Swap-bot and the idea of having a book swap on my blog has been gnawing at me lately.

I am thinking that I would like to have a box of books that I send out, say 10 to start with. I would send it to the first person on the list, with delivery confirmation. This person decides they want to keep 4 of the books, so they put another 4 books in the box and send it on, with delivery confirmation. Eventually the box will get back to me, still with 10 books.

I am thinking that the first box can include any type of book - young adult, non-fiction, fiction - as long as they are gently used and the pages are intact. If the first box works out I might host another with a theme, like young adult or romance.
